The Vein Clinic Swindon is led by Mr Ravi Singh‑Ranger , a consultant vein specialist, who personally oversees all private clinical assessment and treatment at our Swindon clinic. Every member of the clinical team is fully qualified and works within a framework of hospital‑based governance and accountability.



All Clinicians at The Vein Clinic hold substantive NHS appointments and bring extensive experience from hospital practice into the specialist clinic setting. Mr Ravi Singh‑Ranger — Consultant Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon



Mr Ravi Singh‑Ranger is a Consultant Vascular Surgeon in Wiltshire, co‑founder of The Vein Clinic, and is internationally recognised for minimally invasive venous procedures. Based at the Great Western Hospital in Swindon, he performs over 500 keyhole vein procedures each year. As an examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of England, he is trusted to uphold the highest standards of surgical practice.



Patients across the South West are referred to Mr Singh‑Ranger for his precision, safety, and commitment to evidence‑based care. He also trains doctors nationally and internationally in ultrasound‑guided vein treatments.



>Our Specialist Nursing Team



Led by Helen, Senior Vascular Nurse Specialist, our nursing team provides expert assessment and compassionate care. Helen’s experience in venous disease management ensures patients feel supported from their very first consultation.



On treatment days, Hayley and Marie guide patients through pre‑assessment, foam sclerotherapy, and recovery. Their skill and empathy are consistently praised in patient feedback, making them a cornerstone of our reputation for exceptional care.



Vascular Imaging and Ultrasound



With over 30 years of experience, Johanne Wheeler-Pollitt is our Lead Vascular Ultrasonographer at the Great Western Hospital. She holds diplomas in Radiography and Medical Ultrasound, and trained at Southampton and Hammersmith — two of the UK’s leading vascular imaging centres.


Johanne’s expertise in vascular ultrasound scanning ensures every diagnosis is accurate and every treatment plan is based on precise imaging. Patients and clinicians alike rely on her skill to guide safe, effective vein care.



Operations & Patient Liaison



Cheryl, our Practice PA, is the first point of contact for patients. She manages enquiries, private medical insurance coordination, and appointment scheduling with efficiency and friendliness.


Chantal supports communications with local GPs and referring clinicians, ensuring that referrals and patient pathways are seamless. Together, Cheryl and Chantal embody the professionalism and patient‑centred ethos of The Vein Clinic.
